Step 1: Tell Us About Your Vehicle
As a certified GM dealership, Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockville serves mostly Chevy, Cadillac, Buick, and GMC vehicles; however, we can also service vehicles from other manufacturers. Tell us the make, year, and model of your vehicle to start, and then fill out a little more. We’ll ask for the transmission, drive type (2WD, AWD, etc.), trim, and engine type, as well as the mileage. If you have an exact number, that’s great! If not, your best guess will do just fine.
Step 2: Tell Us What Service Your Vehicle Needs
At Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockville, we want to make your service appointment as convenient as possible. That’s why we offer maintenance packages. Select the suggested package, and you’ll be scheduled for the services that we recommend based on your mileage. If your vehicle needs something different, select from the individual services listed below. Both our individual services and our maintenance packages have price estimates so you can get a better idea of how much you’ll likely spend.
Step 3: Tell Us Whether You Need a Ride
We want to make sure that you can be where you need to during your service. If you have a ride, or if you want to wait at the dealership, let us know. Or, if you need a ride, click to tell us that you’ll take our shuttle.
Step 4: Choose Your Appointment Day and Time
