Robert Ourisman, Jr serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ourisman Auto Group, leading one of the region's most respected and fastest-growing automotive retail organizations. Under his leadership, Ourisman has expanded its footprint across Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware, strengthening the company's reputation for exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and community engagement.
Robert is passionate about building a people-first culture focused on growth, innovation, and long-term success for employees, customers, and partners. He is committed to expanding the Ourisman family of dealerships while maintaining the organization's strong values and customer-centric approach.

JAMES MORRIS
CEO
James Morris, Chief Executive Officer of Ourisman Cars Management Company, is a seasoned automotive leader with over 25 years of industry experience. Starting as a lot porter while in high school in 1998, he climbed the ranks through sales and management to become General Manager of a Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership in 2012. Under his leadership, the store transformed from last in regional Dodge sales to one of the nation's largest, often ranking #1 nationally for Dodge, Ram, and Jeep.
In 2021, he took on a second store as General Manager of a Chevrolet dealership, competing for regional top spots, with the complex ranking among the top five in the U.S. for vehicle sales.
A Fairfax, Virginia native and resident, James is married to his high school sweetheart and shares life with two dogs. He enjoys chess, poker, and fitness, and is passionate about building strong relationships with employees and customers.
TIM BERG
PRESIDENT / COO
Tim Berg serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Ourisman Cars Management Company. In this role, Tim helps lead strategic operations and growth for the organization. He stepped into this position in January 2026 after joining the company in August 2024.
Tim brings over 25 years of hands-on automotive expertise, including 23 years with the same auto group, where he progressed through nearly every dealership position-from frontline sales and finance to senior leadership. This broad background equips him to oversee daily operations, foster high-performance teams, and prioritize customer satisfaction while positioning Ourisman Cars for continued success in a competitive industry.
JEFF RAMSEY
CMO
Jeffrey Ramsey serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Ourisman Cars Management Company. With nearly 20 years of professional experience in automotive retail, Jeffrey leads brand strategy, digital marketing initiatives, and growth efforts across the organization.
In 2022, he was recognized as a recipient of the prestigious Automotive News 40 Under 40 award. He is passionate about the growth and community-driven culture at Ourisman as the company continues to expand and welcome new dealerships into the family. Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with his wife and children, solving puzzles, building LEGO creations, and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens.
